Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, maple syrup, almond flour, applesauce, egg, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, salt, rolled oats, chopped pecans, and dried cranberries.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
