- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1/2 cup sago pearls
- 2 cups coconut milk

- 1/4 cup evaporated milk

Instructions
- Cook sago pearls according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Peel and dice one mango. Puree the other mango.
- In a bowl, combine coconut milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Stir until well combined.
- Add the cooked sago pearls, diced mango, and mango puree to the milk mixture.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mango slices if desired.
Notes
- Ensure sago pearls are fully cooked and translucent.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
- For a thicker consistency, use less liquid.
- Can be served with fresh fruit like berries or passion fruit.
