Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and softened butter.
- Gradually add the milk mixture to the peanut butter mixture, beating until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed peanuts before serving.
