Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Pour the honey mustard mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

- You can add vegetables like broccoli or asparagus to the baking sheet for a complete meal. Toss them with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper before baking.
