  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the hot skillet in a single layer, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. Sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet.
  5. Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly.
  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet. Toss to coat the steak in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
  7. Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley.
