  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain well.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the drained spaghetti with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Stir in 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour the spaghetti mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle evenly over the spaghetti.
  8. Pour the milk over the cheese layer.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  10. Let it stand for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra garlic flavor, you can add another clove of minced garlic to the butter mixture.
  • Feel free to add your favorite herbs like basil or oregano to the garlic butter.
  • If you like a crispier topping, you can broil the dish for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
