Instructions
- Combine sliced cucumbers and red onion in a medium bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, dill, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the cucumber and onion mixture.
- Toss gently to coat.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
