- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked rotini pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic.
- You can substitute other pasta shapes like penne or farfalle.
- Add a splash of lemon juice to the sauce for brightness.
