Ingredients

- 1 gallon apple cider
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 2 apples, sliced
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot or slow cooker.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for at least 1 hour, or up to 3 hours for a stronger flavor.
- Strain the cider through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove solids.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Adjust spices to your preference.
- Add a splash of bourbon or rum for an adult version.
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks and orange slices.
