  • ½ cup white chocolate, melted
  • 23 tbsp milk
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cake pans.
  2. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, alternating with the milk.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Divide the batter between the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Prepare the raspberry filling while the cakes bake.
